How will I do it?

The first and most straightforward policy that I will be implementing on the first day is a zero tolerance policy for violent crime violators, which means that there will be no parole offerings or rehabilitative alternatives. Another policy which I will advocate to implement is the removal of cash bail, as it targets lower income demographics, pressures people to plead guilty, and allows for release and repeats. There is a platter of additional policies which I will aim to implement, and you can learn more by personally sending me a message.

01

Zero Tolerance for Violent Crime

No parole offerings or rehabilitative alternatives for violent crime violators. Violent offenders will face the full weight of the law — period.

Day One Priority
02

Removal of Cash Bail

Cash bail targets lower income demographics, pressures people to plead guilty, and allows for release and repeat offenses. It's time to end this broken system.

Emergency Responder Safety

I share a common interest with the the Colorado Springs Fire Department of making sure that emergency responders are protected and supported, and I will ensure that happens.

Why is it so important?

As crime is on the rise in El Paso, both citizens and emergency responders have to fear going out into the streets they once loved. Your rights as citizens are being taken away by ruthless criminals and organizations who have no regard for human life.

That is where we need a strong District Attorney, who doesn't care about the backlash, and will prosecute outlaws to the fullest extent.

This is how we fix El Paso.
